Privacy policy
Last updated: October 2026. This page describes what personal data we collect through the Panoramic Wellness Cottage Pohorje website and why, in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the law of the Republic of Slovenia.

What data we collect
- Details you enter in the enquiry form: full name, phone, email address, dates of stay, number of guests, selected extra activities and your message.
- Booking and payment details you enter in the Bentral booking widget (name, contact, dates, payment details). This data is processed by Bentral; we do not see or store card details on our website.
- Technical data (IP address, browser) that the form server uses temporarily to protect against abuse.
- On arrival, we need details from your ID document to register guests, as required by law. We do not collect this data through the website.
Why and on what basis
We use your data solely to reply to your enquiry and to process your booking and payment (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), and to protect the form against abuse (legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f)). We send an automatic confirmation to your email address. We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it.
Who we share it with
Enquiries are sent over a secure connection to the form server of the website developer (Bistri sistemi) and from there to us by email. Emails are sent by Resend and the server is hosted on Vercel. Bookings, the availability calendar and payments run through the Bentral property management system and the payment provider configured in it. These processors use the data only for this purpose.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact. Booking and invoice data is kept for as long as the law requires.
Cookies and third parties
The website uses no analytics, advertising or profiling cookies. We only store a flag in your browser that you have seen the cookie notice. Fonts are embedded in the site. The Bentral calendar and booking widget load only when you scroll near them, and the OpenStreetMap map only when you click “Show map”; at that point your IP address is shared with these services. Links to Booking.com, Airbnb, Google, Facebook and Instagram lead to those providers' sites, where their own rules apply.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Send your request to our email address. If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia (ip-rs.si).
